AECS gives management short courses both in Granada and all over the world through its network of partner institutions. The aim of launching management courses is to extend the understanding of managerial, economic and social problems that confront managers in dealing with each other. To do that, AECS wishes to train managers to be competent in their own profession, and particularly in the Euro-Arab marketplace, equipping them with the right skills to function in a rapidly changing environment and to internationalise SMEs in the Arab World. All AECS courses have a practical, action-orientated approach. Skills are developed around discussion, exercises, analysis of business case studies, role-playing and simulations. Since participants bring a great reservoir of expertise, talent, and experience to the courses, they are encouraged to share their expertise with peers through workshop discussion and networking.
