As tradition goes, the town of Kecskemét hosted the 10th International Children and Youth Meeting for the Future of Europe between 6th and 13th July 2008, only 85 km from Budapest, the Hungarian capital at which children and youngsters from Granada (through AECS) and from all European countries participated. More than ten thousand children and young people from thirty-four European countries took part in the festival.
